Alaska Airmen Association Float Transient Parking Guide

Welcome! We’re pleased to host you at the Alaska Airmen’s dock. To help ensure safety, accessibility, and proper use of our facility, please review and follow the guidelines below:

✅ Check-In Required – Every Visit

Register your aircraft and provide your estimated length of stay (best guess is okay).
A new registration and signed release is required each time you park at the dock—no exceptions.
This allows us to contact you if there’s an issue with your aircraft and for insurance reasons.
Only dock in transient spots, Slips A, B & C noted in map below are reserved.

Member Priority

Transient float parking is a benefit reserved for individual & corporate Alaska Airmen members personal use.
One aircraft per member may be parked at any time.
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Commercial Activity

No commercial operations are permitted on the dock without prior written approval from the Alaska Airmen’s.
Approved commercial use is subject to a commercial surcharge on top of standard transient or slip fees.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Alaska Airmen’s Association, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while my aircraft is tied down or moored at 4200 Floatplane Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. This agreement will remain in full force and affect from this date forward.

NOTICE: Only Alaska Airmen Association members may fuel on Association property. NO PUBLIC FUELING on dock or ramp. Members may fuel aircraft on Association property but only via professional fueling services such as International Aviation Service.

Public fueling and fueling via cans and portable tanks is authorized in designated areas around Lake Hood.
