I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Alaska Airmen’s Association, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while my aircraft is tied down or moored at 4200 Floatplane Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. This agreement will remain in full force and affect from this date forward.

NOTICE: Only Alaska Airmen Association members may fuel on Association property. NO PUBLIC FUELING on dock or ramp. Members may fuel aircraft on Association property but only via professional fueling services such as International Aviation Service.

Public fueling and fueling via cans and portable tanks is authorized in designated areas around Lake Hood.
