Don't want to compete, just want to join the party? No problem, there is an option for that!

You will receive an email prior to the event from the "Ramp Boss" with more details about procedures and restrictions.

Event Schedule:

0900-1000 Aircraft Arrival (no aircraft will be allowed entry outside this hour without prior approval)
1000-1400 Public Voting (no aircraft movement or spinning props)
1500 Winners Announced (PRIZES!)
1700 Approximate Departure (earlier if deemed safe by Ramp Boss)

landing at the Fairgrounds is not open to the public, only registered aircraft will be allowed access.

I will be landing AT MY OWN RISK on an unapproved gravel landing surface that is approximately 1600 feet in length.

I must contact the Fairgrounds Ramp Boss on advisory frequency (to be shared later) and follow safe arrival procedures.

once parked, my aircraft must remain stationary and engine start up is not authorized without prior approval from Ramp Boss.
