Camping will be available from Friday May 2nd to Sunday May 4th on the south apron of the Palmer airport.

Camping and aircraft parking will be in designated areas on asphalt surface.
Tie down points will be provided but campers MUST bring their own ROPE and CHOCKS.
Porta-potties and fire containers will be provided in designated areas only.
Fires are prohibited outside of the designated containers.
Free shuttle service from the airport to the fairgrounds is available 9am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday

Terms and Conditions:

Unlike prior years, temporary air traffic control WILL NOT be in effect during the event. Incoming aircraft should contact Flight Service on Palmer CTAF for traffic advisories.

Additionally, volunteers will be directing aircraft to parking on ground advisory frequency. Campers should identify themselves to ground crew to be directed to the camping parking area.

Any campers not complying with airport rules or generally causing disruption will be asked to leave.

Security will be onsite from 5pm May 2nd until 5pm on May 4th and campers may be asked to comply with their instructions.
