About This Event

Camping will be available from Friday May 3rd to Sunday May 5th on the south apron of the Palmer airport.

  • Camping and aircraft parking will be in designated areas on asphalt surface.  
  • Tie down points will be provided but campers MUST bring their own ROPE and CHOCKS.  
  • Porta-potties and fire containers will be provided in designated areas only.  
  • Fires are prohibited outside of the designated containers.
  • Free shuttle service from the airport to the fairgrounds is available 9am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday

Temporary air traffic control will be in effect within a 5mm radius of the Palmer airport from 9am-5pm on May 3rd-5th. Aircraft and campers will be required to comply with the instruction of the controllers and ground crew.

Any campers not complying with airport rules or generally causing disruption will be asked to leave.

Security will be onsite from 5pm May 3rd until 5pm on May 5th and campers may be asked to comply with their instructions.
